Questions
Does Carbix ceramic coating come with a warranty?
Yes. Every coating is covered by the product manufacturer and backed directly by Carbix for its rated life (1, 3, 5 or 9 years): if the coating stops performing, we re-apply it. The one condition is maintenance: the vehicle needs a ceramic maintenance wash at least once a month (exterior, from $99). Scratches or swirl marks from automatic car washes aren't covered, which is why we schedule your first maintenance on installation day.
Do you come to my home or office?
Yes. Every Private Client service is done where your car is parked — home, office or building garage. We bring water, power and every product.
